LAREDO CARES The Laredo Chamber of Commerce, in conjunction with Amigo Communications, Border Media Partners, KGNS-TV, KVTV-TV, the Laredo Morning Times and other participating businesses, wants our troops serving in the theaters of operations of Iraq and Afghanistan to know that Laredo Cares. We need your help in identifying and providing proper military APO addresses for troops from Laredo and surrounding communities so that we can send them “Care Packages” of food, toiletries, and other morale builders. At the present time we are limiting this program to troops actually on the ground in Iraq or Afghanistan and not those stationed in other locations or on board ships.
